The campaign needed to be impactful, thought-provoking, and actionable, while still being sensitive to people’s state of mind.


I researched the work of other mental health charities, and built a campaign around the idea of “thinking errors”, a key concept in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).


Each poster illustrates a different thinking error through starkly contrasting graphics and text.
